1. What is the JLW-2200?
The JLW-2200 is a professional ozonation system designed for swimming pools, spas, tanks, and water treatment applications.
It produces 2,200 mg/h of ozone, providing efficient and controlled disinfection, oxidation, and water clarity enhancement.
Its modular design allows it to adapt to various real-world hydraulic configurations, facilitating field installation.

2. Venturi Injection System (Pro and Advanced Kits)
The system utilizes a Venturi injector to efficiently mix ozone with water. It operates via differential pressure (ΔP), generating a vacuum that draws the ozone into the hydraulic line.
Advantages of the Venturi system:
High ozone dissolution efficiency
Reduced off-gas loss
Faster oxidation
Requires no external air pump within the hydraulic configuration
The Direct Diffusion Kit version does not use a Venturi; instead, it incorporates an internal 5 L/min air pump, allowing for direct injection down to a depth of approximately 3 feet.
3. Hydraulic Requirements
For the JLW-2200 to function correctly, the Venturi system must operate within the following range:
Recommended ΔP: 0.25 – 0.6 bar (4 – 9 psi)
Application based on manifold size:
1" → Spas, hot tubs, and small systems
1.5" → Standard residential pools
2" → Large residential pools or higher-flow systems (for use as a supplementary treatment)
✔ Important: In 2" systems, the JLW-2200 is recommended as a continuous support system, not as the primary source in high-demand applications.
Hydraulic Requirements for Venturi Injection (JLW2200 – 2200 mg/h)

Typical Flow Rate: 3–5 m³/h | Recommended ΔP: 0.25–0.4 bar | Minimum Pressure: ≥1.3 bar | Application: Spas and small pools
1.5" Manifold | 1" Venturi
Typical Flow Rate: 5–10 m³/h | Recommended ΔP: 0.25–0.6 bar | Minimum Pressure: ≥1.6 bar | Application: Residential pools
2" Manifold | 1" Venturi
Typical Flow Rate: 8–15 m³/h | Recommended ΔP: 0.3–0.6 bar | Minimum Pressure: ≥1.8 bar | Application: Medium-sized pools
✔ Installation Recommendation: Configure in a bypass arrangement, allowing the flow through the Venturi to be adjusted via valves to achieve the appropriate vacuum level.
4. Field Adjustment Procedure
Fully open all valves → Progressively restrict the main line → Increase flow through the Venturi → Verify stable suction → Adjust until hydraulic equilibrium is achieved → Leave the system operating via the timer.
5. Operating Conditions in Real-World Environments
The system is designed to operate under variable conditions: fluctuating pressures, varying pipe diameters, humid environments, and continuous operation via programmed cycles.
6. Installation Recommendations
Use an air dryer (included in Pro and Advanced versions). Keep air lines as short as possible. Installation of a check valve (non-return valve) is mandatory. Ensure stable hydraulic pressure. Prevent leaks to maintain efficient vacuum.

Note: The Direct Diffusion Kit is designed for simple, standalone operation, eliminating the need for venturi injectors or complex plumbing. With its built-in air pump, ozone is delivered directly into the water through diffusers.

Factory Default: 8 cycles per day / 1 hour per cycle.
